Fundit is a full-stack web application designed to connect student entrepreneurs, investors, and administrators in a collaborative ecosystem. The platform facilitates user authentication, profile management, project creation, investment tracking, and real-time messaging. Built with scalability and security in mind, it leverages modern web technologies to deliver a seamless user experience.

• Authentication & User Management: Secure user authentication using NextAuth.js, with role-based endpoints for students, investors, and admins. Supports session validation, profile updates, and file uploads for personalized user profiles.
• Project Management: Comprehensive CRUD operations for student projects, including public project listings, milestone tracking (create, approve, decline, complete), and category-based filtering.
• Investment Tracking: Investors can register, manage profiles with investment preferences, and track investment history. Admins can access detailed investment data with filtering, search, and statistical insights.
• Messaging System: Real-time messaging for project-specific conversations, with features to mark messages as read and manage conversation threads for users and admins.
• Admin Dashboard: Robust admin tools for managing startup projects, user conversations, and investment data, with profile management and unread message tracking.
• Email Notifications: Integrated email functionality for user and admin communications.
